As our products are digital downloads, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All products sold through The Glow Up Reset are digital products delivered electronically.

No physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once your purchase has been completed and the digital product has been made available for download.

This is because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

We will happily assist you if:

• You experience technical issues downloading your purchase.
• You receive the wrong product.
• Your file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• There is an issue preventing you from accessing your purchase.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement file or work with you to resolve the issue.

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. Duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
